2. Using the Service
2.1. Eligible Users
The Service is available to carriers (""Carrier"") and shippers (""Shipper""). By registering, Users confirm that they are legally capable and can enter into legally binding agreements. The service aims to facilitate effective connections among participants in the transportation market, ensuring quick and straightforward communication.
2.2. Registration
Registration is necessary for using the Service. Users are required to provide accurate data during registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the deletion of the registration. During verification, the Provider reserves the right to request additional information to confirm the user's identity.
2.3. Usage for Shipper Members
Use of the Service by shippers (""Shippers"") is free of charge. No fees are charged for bids placed by Shippers. This allows Shippers to freely search for optimal transportation solutions and directly contact carriers.
2.4 Security Guidelines
Users are obliged to familiarize themselves with, read, and comply with the security guidelines for using the Fuvarbörze on the Fuvarbörze Security Guidelines. The content of this page is an essential part of the general contractual terms.
2.5 Privacy Policy
Users must review, read, and adhere to the Fuvarbörze Privacy Policy available at Privacy Notice. The contents of this page are an integral part of the current general contractual terms.
3. Subscription Services
3.1. Carrier Subscriptions
Carriers can access the full platform functionality through weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions enable viewing bids from shippers, initiating contact, and using other premium features. Payments are processed via Stripe, with the option for advance bank transfers for annual subscriptions. The flexibility of subscriptions meets the needs of all Carriers.
3.2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the period unless canceled by the user via the Fuvarbörze control panel before the due date. Users receive email notifications about renewal and the next payment. Auto-renewal involves automatic credit card charges. Users can cancel anytime; cancellation before the renewal date prevents further automatic payments, but previous payments are non-refundable. If not canceled, the next period's fee is deducted, and the subscription remains active.
Our platform's service fees, issued invoices, and the 'personal exemption' (AAM) result in 0% VAT.
Fuvarbörze uses Stripe.com’s automatic credit card subscription service.

3.3. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the control panel, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for payments made for the current period. Cancellation is simple and quick to facilitate user decisions.
3.3.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable!
If the user has initiated and paid for a subscription, this amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
- if the user mistakenly subscribes for the wrong period
- if the user terminates their account during the subscription
- or if the user forgets to use the promotional code during payment
Promotional codes are valid only before payment; no retroactive discounts or refunds are provided.
Fuvarbörze requires that new users test the service with a free package before subscribing. By subscribing, the user waives the right to claim defective performance. Refund claims based on alleged defects are not accepted.
Subscribers can change or cancel their packages at any time before the next billing period. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Individual subscription contracts may vary. Prices for subscription packages may change at any time, affecting new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions are unaffected. If new, lower prices become available, users may cancel and switch to the new package at the next renewal period.
3.4. Usage of the FREE package without subscription
If you want to send freight rate proposals and earn platform commissions without subscribing, activate the FREE package. You only pay if you successfully close a deal. For FREE package, the platform’s usage fee for freight shipping (up to 1200 kg), auto shipping (up to 2500 kg), and transportation with additional freight value is 12% of the net freight rate, and above 1200 kg, 6% of the net rate. Activation requires a valid credit card linked to your account. The platform will automatically charge your card based on accepted freight proposals. If automatic payment fails for any reason, the process will be deactivated, and your linked credit card will be deleted, disabling the FREE package. You can reactivate it anytime, link another or different card, and cancel at any time via the control panel. If you have outstanding balances from previous debt or negative balance, the system will automatically settle those with your linked card. You can review your balance in the control panel. If a transaction fails due to any issue, the proposal will be invalid, and your free package will be disabled, with all sent proposals deleted. You can re-enable the FREE package any time later. In multiple-turn proposals, the platform’s success fee multiplies by the number of turns. For example, a 10-turn freight of 3000 kg with a EUR 100/proposal success fee results in: 10 x 100 EUR / 0.06 = 60 EUR
For a 10-turn, EUR 1000/proposal rate, the success fee to pay is EUR 600. In this case, consider the efficiency of the PRO subscription. You can change from FREE to PRO anytime, but we do not accept claims afterward if you find the fee too high.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are periodically set by the Provider and displayed on the website. All fees are in Hungarian Forint ("HUF"), unless indicated otherwise. The Provider reserves the right to modify fees, with prior notice to Users. Changes will be clearly highlighted and published on the website, with detailed explanations provided for the reasons and effects.
4.2. Invoicing
The Provider issues invoices to Users upon paid service usage, sent to the email address provided during registration. The invoice is created based on the billing information entered in the user’s control panel. It complies with applicable legal requirements and details the services rendered. Due to the "personal exemption" (AAM), invoices contain 0% VAT. Invoices are generated automatically through our integrated system with Billingo.hu. If incorrect billing data are provided, a fee of 3,000 HUF will be charged for the rectification and manual reissuance of the invoice.
